The wax cup is a small metal insert that fits into the chamber of the XMax V3 Pro and V4 Pro, replacing loose herbs. Put a small amount of concentrate in the cup, seat the cup in the chamber, then refit the mouthpiece.

Neither vaporizer comes with a concentrate insert, so this cup is what makes concentrate use possible. The cup keeps the material off the chamber walls, so nothing runs down into the vapour path. Cleaning is then just a matter of wiping out one small part.

On these vaporizers, concentrates are a secondary use, and they work best at higher temperatures. The cup lifts straight back out when you want to go back to herbs, so one vaporizer covers both materials.
