The dosing capsule adapter cuts the Volcano Hybrid's filling chamber capacity from about 0.6 g of ground herbs down to 0.25 g. Load a Storz & Bickel dosing capsule instead and you are down to around 0.15 g. That is up to 75% less material per session. A smaller load also extracts more evenly, because the same heat has less material to work through. One capsule is included, so you can try the adapter with loose herbs or with a dosing capsule straight away.

The adapter works in two ways. Without a capsule, it works as a chamber reducer for loose herbs. With a capsule inserted, it becomes a holder. You can pre-fill several capsules in advance and swap them between balloons, with no cleaning needed. Because each capsule starts clean, the flavour stays consistent from one to the next.

These are the same aluminium capsules used with Storz & Bickel's portable vaporizers. If you already own capsules from another Storz & Bickel vaporizer, they fit this adapter too.

When you use a capsule, all the residue is trapped inside it, so the filling chamber stays clean far longer between deep cleans. You will not be scraping the filling chamber out every few sessions.
